  This book delves into the revenue stamps of Mexico from an artist's drawing (inception) to just before they were accepted for use by the issuing authorities. Includes many details about the stamps and their methods of production. Excellent companion to another MEPSI publication, Mexico's Revenue Stamps by Michael Roberts.
